Refund policy

  • Books must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased (new books must remain unused and undamaged; used or collectible books must be returned as sold).
  • Items that are damaged after purchase, show signs of wear, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for the same title (if available) at no additional cost.
  • To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and details about the issue.
  • If the exact item is not available, you may choose a refund or exchange for another item of equal value.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
  3. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
