- Books must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased (new books must remain unused and undamaged; used or collectible books must be returned as sold).
- Items that are damaged after purchase, show signs of wear, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for the same title (if available) at no additional cost.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and details about the issue.
- If the exact item is not available, you may choose a refund or exchange for another item of equal value.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
