Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
New & Used Books We carry both new and used books. Used books are clearly labeled and ship in good readable condition. Please note that used books may show signs of wear.
Dropshipped Items Some titles ship directly from our suppliers. These items may arrive separately from the rest of your order and could have slightly longer delivery timeframes. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at easonbooksbusiness@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
