Stop rewriting your resume from scratch for every job
The AI Job Search Pipeline turns your job search into a repeatable system. Feed it a job description and it checks whether the role is worth your time, researches the company, tailors your resume, drafts a matching cover letter, and preps you for the interview — every document grounded in your real experience and organized in one folder per application.
It runs inside Kiro, the AI-powered IDE. No coding required.
What it does
For every role you target, eight specialized AI agents work in sequence to produce:
- Fit check — should you even apply? A clear pursue / skip / borderline call, with the reasoning.
- Company research — recent news, culture signals, and specific hooks for your outreach and interviews.
- Tailored resume — a one-page variant that surfaces exactly the experience this role wants.
- Cover letter — 250–350 words mapping your background to what the job actually asks for.
- Interview prep — likely questions, scenario problems, and behavioral stories drawn from your own history.
- Recruiter outreach — cold messages, follow-ups, and thank-yous that sound like you, not a template.
What makes it different
Nothing is fabricated. You record your real experience once in a “story bank.” Every agent works only from that — your actual projects, numbers, and outcomes. When a detail is missing, the system flags it for you to fill in instead of inventing it. Your credibility stays intact.
It works for any career. Engineer, nurse, product manager, designer, financial analyst, executive — the setup wizard tunes every agent’s tone and evaluation criteria to your field.
Everything stays organized. One folder per application. Job description, research, resume, cover letter, and prep, all linked together. Nothing lost, nothing duplicated.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Kiro, and do I need it?
Kiro is the AI-powered IDE (built on VS Code) that runs the agents in this system. It’s the only requirement, and the one thing the pipeline won’t run without. Kiro offers a free tier — check kiro.dev for current plans.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You interact entirely through chat: you answer questions and paste in job descriptions. The workspace looks like a code editor, but you never write a line of code.
Does it work for my profession?
Yes. The setup wizard asks about your field and tunes every agent’s tone and evaluation criteria to match — whether you’re an engineer, nurse, product manager, designer, analyst, or executive.
Will it invent experience or exaggerate my resume?
No. Every agent works only from a story bank of your real experience. When a number or detail is missing, it inserts a placeholder for you to fill in rather than making something up. Your credibility is the whole point.
Do I need an existing resume to start?
It helps. The wizard can build your story bank straight from your current resume in minutes. If you don’t have one, it walks you through creating your experience record from scratch.
Is my data private?
This is a set of files that run inside Kiro on your own machine — there’s no separate service collecting your information, and nothing about your search is sold or shared. Like any AI tool, the agents send prompts to the model Kiro is running, and the research agents fetch public web pages.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes to scaffold the workspace. Filling in your experience is worthwhile ongoing work — the more you add, the sharper every resume and cover letter gets.
Can I use it for more than one job?
Yes. It’s built for an entire search. Each application gets its own folder, and your experience is reused across every role automatically.
What format are the documents?
Everything is markdown. You can drop in resumes and job posts as PDF, DOCX, or text (Kiro reads them in chat). To submit final documents, export to PDF or Word with any tool you already use.
Which AI model should I use?
Run the one-time setup with the most capable model your Kiro version offers. Day-to-day tasks — tailoring, cover letters, outreach — run fine on faster models.
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy the kit once and own it. There are no extra subscriptions, API keys, or add-ons beyond Kiro itself.
What exactly do I download?
Three guides — the Setup Wizard (builds your workspace), the complete Guide (full reference and build spec), and a quick-start README — plus your license file.
